Moderate ruby color in the glass. Sleek nose with a moderate initial aromatic intensity that balances between classic and modern.
Strawberry jam and mature pomegranate give the first tone and of course the characteristic aromas of the variety such as olive leaves, tomato sauce and fresh soil follow.
Light notes of lavender, marjoram and hints of leather complement the complex bouquet. The mouth is a medium bodied with high acidity and moderate but fine tannins.
Redcurrant, strawberry, pomegranate and rosemary are accompanied by olive, marjoram, oregano and tea notes.
The savory cinnamon and spicy after taste is long and extremely enjoyable!
