The online store elvino.gr only sells alcoholic products to people over 18 years of age and reserves the right to refuse the sale otherwise.

Working hours

ελVino.gr is an online shop and therefore accessible to its visitors / customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, telephone or electronic communication with the store is possible between 09:00 and 21:00, weekdays and Saturdays.

Prices
The prices listed in the online store are final, in Euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) corresponding to each product. The online store www.elvino.gr reserves the right to change the prices of its products without written notice to customers. Shipping cost charges are calculated based on the address and delivery time.

Each order is processed if both the item in question and the shipping costs have been paid.

Shipping / Delivery Ways

Depending on the address of the consignee, orders are delivered either by an employee of the company by the company’s own means, or by a cooperating courier, or by agency / mail, in special cases. In addition, the customer has the option to receive his order from the natural store of ελVino, upon request, free of charge.

Quality Guarantee / Returns

In case you wish to return the product for a mistake of the company, you have the opportunity to return it free of charge within 14 working days and we will refund your money by bank transfer to your account.

If you wish to return the product for personal reasons then shipping costs will have to be covered by you. The return process is completed in 14 calendar days and is as follows:

Within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of your purchases, you must send the product together with the "Product Return Form" that we have sent you with the required information completed.

The product must be returned in the package in which you received it and must be accompanied by the receipt in excellent condition. Changes are accepted as long as the products are available.
