It is a beer lager enriched with yeast. This is a champagne type beer, the final fermentation of which takes place in the bottle.
Unique in taste, delicate with yeast aroma. The beer is slightly cloudy during consumption, due to the yeast residues that accumulate in the bottle.
A peppery note of bitterness complements the delicate yeast flavor before the grassy finish.
