Don Papa 10 Year Old Rum originates from the Philippines and the foothills of the active volcano Mt. Kanlaon, an area where the best sugar cane is ground to produce a rich and sweet molasses. Aromas of dried fruit, apricot and vanilla are what we immediately distinguished in Don Papa 10 Year Old Rum, accompanied by notes of cherry, orange peel and spices. On the palate, dried fruit, wood and spices dominate, accompanied by intense notes of cherry and vanilla, thus leading us to a long and persistent aftertaste, with spices and citrus occupying our palate for a while.
