It matures for about 6 years in oak barrels acquiring the classic vanilla and tropical character of bourbons.
On the nose we find sweet aromas of toffee and caramel, with notes of pear, coconut on a background of white flowers. Soft in the mouth, with a strong sense of honey, balanced, with a moderately sweet, oaky aftertaste.
So velvety that it's easy to drink straight.
