The sweet ecclesiastical thanksgiving wine used in the worship of God, the wine blessed by Christ. During the on-going tradition of the monastery's fathers, sweet wine has always been produced. Nowadays this tradition is maintained with the guidance of Abbot Filotheos Spanoudakis, grape sowing and old techniques. The result is a traditional fine sweet wine.
