Description

Samonio is named after the cape at the East and of Crete, which Paul, the Apostle, crossed. The Toplou Monastery's vines, organically and thoroughly cultivated throught the ages, next to famous, exotic Vai palm forest, produce Assyrtiko, the Mediterranean variety which adds to the wines some special fine attributes, in harmony with the rich local history.
